Incoming New Students
Incoming new students must first create a new password for the Housing Portal.

If you have not already done so, please create your password using your Columbia ID (as the username), which is the number beginning with "C00..." found at the top of your admissions application status page and click 'Submit.' This will generate an email that contains further instructions. This is a one time process to setup your Housing Portal access.

Once you have setup your password, click here to login.

Please Note: You must click 'Allow Cookies' to sign your Occupancy Agreement.
All students who already have an active UNI can login by clicking here.
Please note that Columbia Housing only accepts applications from undergraduates in Columbia College and the Fu Foundation School of Engineering of Applied Science. Graduate students and students enrolled in the School of General Studies should contact Columbia Residential for housing information.
The following groups are not able to apply in this Portal:
- Guest applying for summer conference housing
- Summer Visiting students
- American Language Program (ALP)
